Back in the late 90's, sometime between trying to differentiate C++, Perl, and some new-thing called Java, I got my first big commission check and fell in love with recruiting. Since then, I’ve helped thousands of engineers nationwide find the career path they wanted through web 1, 2.0, and whatever we’re calling the right now. Because I’ve always believed in the personal touch, many of the candidates I’ve worked with have ended up becoming clients and good friends, which is why Rick and I have decided to build an agency that never forgets the value of creating personal relationships.
