Position Summary 

The Director of Product Management at Consumer Edge will join our fast-paced Product team responsible for the definition of our product roadmap, serving both our global customers and internal business stakeholders. This individual will lead a team of Product Managers, interacting regularly with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience Design, Customer Success, and Financial Insights. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for driving strategic decisions to ensure a cohesive experience throughout the customer journey and deliver maximum results on the product roadmap. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate thought leadership and innovation, as well as oversee the delivery of product solutions that excite and delight users as they engage with the platform ecosystem, decrease time to value, and increase the impact of our methodology through smart problem solving and technical innovation.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Define and deliver on Consumer Edge’s product verticals, including the vision, roadmap and overseeing execution 
  • Collaborate with Chief Product Officer and other senior stakeholders across various teams about customer feedback, new product ideas, and current product enhancement strategies 
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers to ensure maximum delivery on the product plan and align on future strategies and projects to further achieve broader business needs 
  • Regularly conduct research around customer requirements, operational needs, competitive offerings and feedback from Customer Success and Insights teams to help create feature specifications and current product improvements
  • Demonstrate a metrics-driven approach when identifying customer needs and prioritizing strategic initiatives through data analysis and various other qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Manage multiple projects in conjunction with CE’s Engineering, Commercial, and Marketing teams to gain a deep understanding of CE’s platform and continue to find ways to help drive business growth in a systematic fashion 

What You’ll Have 

  • 10-12+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership capacity & building B2B SaaS applications required 
  • Proven track record for being detail-oriented, highly analytical, comfortable digging into large datasets 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and implement strategic product initiatives independently
  • Strong presentation, and oral/written communication skills
  • A passion for customer-service and comfortability interacting regularly with senior executives and cross-functionally with other departments across CE
  • Experience with the strategic creation of successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps
  • Tenacity & Flexibility: will be accountable for and drive tangible results and can be open-minded with testing new approaches - harnessing any failures, and translating them to wins
  • Ability to identify trends and opportunities through understanding customer needs and always striving for improvement
